Ethan Kroes oversaw all aspects of the organization from its productions, events, to working with the 10 board members to provide guidance on all NBS projects. He strove to create a welcoming and creatively fulfilling environment for all Emerson to grow their production skills

Leila Simmons oversaw the all stages of production for Musicians Wanted; Emerson’s long running studio television series that highlights small/local artists.
